The universe

In the Space category you will find wooden building kits of the solar system, a globe and a monocular telescope. They are different projects: the solar system model represents the planets, the globe depicts the Earth and can be displayed as a lighted decoration after assembly, the telescope contains optical elements. Choose according to whether you are more interested in planets, a world map or building a simple optical instrument.

Solar system, globe or telescope?

Solar System ROKR ST001 offers a model with the Sun and planets. Glowing globe ROKR ST003 combines the map with a wooden stand and lighting. When planning your desk space, consider access to power. Monocular telescope ROKR ST004 is a model that, once assembled, allows you to observe more distant objects.

Before ordering a telescope, read the technical data and possible uses. Just because it belongs to the Space category does not mean that it replaces an astronomical telescope for observing planets. Its choice should also make sense as a folding project itself.

What to compare before building

Check the difficulty, approximate time, and dimensions. For an optical model, follow the instructions for attaching the lenses, and for a globe, check the power requirements. Handle delicate wooden parts and optics with care.
